Early entry deadline
Enter by 25 July 2025 to receive £100 off your total entry cost. Magazine subscribers will receive £150 off their total entry cost and the fifth entry for free.
19 September 2025
Main entry deadline
A late entry surcharge of £125 will be applied to each entry submitted after 19 September 2025.
3 October 2025
Late entry deadline
No entries will be accepted after 3 October 2025.
12 February 2026

Terms and Conditions
When an organisation submits multiple entries, the early entry discount is applicable on the total entries made in a working day. The discount will only be applied once. The early bird discount, does not apply to charity, NGO or NFP organisation entries as a discount is already applied.
