Prior to joining Prophet, Helen was CEO of a specialist company in talent consulting within the Omnicom Group. A prominent international speaker and writer, Helen is also author of ‘The Employer Brand – Keeping Faith with the Deal,’ a recommended reading text for HR and Org Change students worldwide.

Tim’s team is responsible for continuing to build the profile of IHG’s multi-award winning employer brand, to attract the diverse talent the global hotel group needs as it grows. Fundamental to the success of this is listening to the internal audience on what make IHG a great place to work. Tim’s is also responsible for understanding engagement and asking for feedback on improvement as a means of increasing engagement. Tim’s previous roles include senior employer brand, internal communications and operations for Compass Group and Granada Group. He also spent a period running his own communications consultancy.

A veteran of the recruitment marketing industry, Andrew has spent most of his career working with some of the world’s biggest and best known employers (organisations such as BP, BT, EY, Phillip Morris International and Tesco) helping them to develop and implement their employer branding, attraction and digital recruitment strategies. After 25 years of working for a variety of traditional recruitment marketing agencies, including Barkers, Bernard Hodes, Penna and TMP, he joined digital agency 4MAT, where for three-and-a-half years, he proved that you can teach an old dog new tricks. In January 2016, he joined Accenture, where he is responsible for recruitment marketing strategy for the consulting businesses – Accenture Strategy and Accenture Consulting – across campus, MBA, experienced hire and leadership.
