Gihan has worked for clients across banking, energy, construction, FMCG, and retail sectors making her an all rounded communication specialist.Some of her work included overseeing and embedding BP, Barclays, HSBC and Marks & Spencer’s largest and most expensive HR and Digital Transformation programmes

Will’s been in internal comms for nearly 20 years, spanning many sectors including defence, FMCG, healthcare, logistics and waste management.

Throughout this varied spectrum he’s worked with many ‘hats’ building and leading IC teams, implementing digital, print and face-to-face channels, dabbling in strategy development, change and project management, culture, social media and everything in between!

In his current role as Global IC Partner at Imperial Brands, he’s able draw upon his various experiences to tackle what can be a very challenging and quickly evolving sector.

Prior to Panopto, he led marketing at a number of UK software companies at various stages of growth, from incubation through to public listing on the London Stock Exchange.

Sian Jones

Sian has been head of internal communications at the Bank of England since April 2015. She spent most of her career working in external communications in central government, including spells at the Department of Work and Pensions, the Teacher Training Agency and the Neighbourhood Renewal Unit. She started out as a journalist before moving into press, parliamentary and PR work in the voluntary sector.  Outside work, Sian is a lay magistrate, sitting in East London and enjoys horse riding, Pilates, yoga and theatre-going.
