Brittany is the editor of Communicate magazine, the leading title for stakeholder relations. She writes about internal communications, branding, digital, CSR and investor relations. Brittany manages #CommsChat, the weekly conversation about communications held on Twitter. She has reported on various international and nation-wide events within the British and European creative and communications industries. Brittany holds a BA in history from Yale University and an MA in war studies from King's College London. She can be found in a bookstore, coffee shop or @BrittanyGolob2.

Malcolm joined Rentokil Initial eight years ago. After profit warnings, change of executive leadership and business turnaround, the company is now going through a period of expansion, particularly into growth and emerging markets. They recently picked up a number of awards for the international Pestaurant campaign which included a number of video items, lots of smartphone video footage and images. Prior to joining, Malcolm was PR Director at NTL Inc for seven years (now called Virgin Media) and twelve years within UK communications agencies. He lives in London and loves all things sporting (including Aston Villa which he's keeping quiet about at the moment).

Emma has more than 15 years’ experience in technology communications and is currently responsible for executive, internal and external communications across the Middle East, Africa and Russia CIS for Cisco. Emma has been at Cisco for 8+ years and has been based in the Middle East as well as Europe. Prior to Cisco, she was head of communications for UKMEIA for Unisys, and was the lead responsible for the launch of an outsourcing office in India, and has also worked PR agency-side for clients including IBM, HP, Philips, CheckPoint and BlackBerry.
