SOCIAL NETWORKING TOOLS TAKING OFF IN THE WORKPLACE
Facebook and Twitter being used to develop business relationships
Two of the most high-profile social networking websites are crossing over into the workplace, according to new research from BT. According to the report, 15% of people aged 18 to 24 use social networking tools to manage customer relationships, six times more than people over-45.
