Alterian, the LSE-listed integrated marketing platform provider, has acquired Techrigy Inc, the US social media monitoring firm.

Alterian, best known for its marketing, email management and content distribution tools, has announced its acquisition of Techrigy in a bid to widen its scope to enable companies to monitor brand reputation, identify key influencers and stakeholders and analyse audience landscapes

“Social media monitoring and analytics are a complex challenge.
