FOLLOWING THE HACKS WHO TWEET

JournalistTweets, the Twitter aggregation service set up to provide real-time monitoring of Tweets from journalists and broadcasters is set to expand.

Set up earlier this year, the service has followed journalists from Sweden, the US and the UK. In addition to providing a new alerts service, based on keywords, JournalistTweets will now follow journalists using Twitter, the micro-blogging tool, from Germany, Portugal, Denmark, Finland, and Norway.

JournalistTweets was developed by media intelligence firm Cision, who recently sold their print monitoring service to long time rival Durrants, “JournalistTweets has already proved to be a very useful networking tool for PR professionals and journalists, allowing them to follow and engage in key conversations from around the world”, said Giselle Bodie, Managing Director of Cision UK. “The addition of alerts and country feeds will enhance an already highly valued service”.
