THE STRATEGIC VALUE IN CORPORATE REPORTING AWARDS ANNOUNCE THEIR SHORTLIST

The shortlist for the Strategic Value in Corporate Reporting Awards has been announced. The 2011 Awards recognise companies that demonstrate the highest standards of strategy disclosure and commentary in their annual reporting.

The Awards are presented by the Strategic Planning Society, who use FutureValue’s Strategic Value Analysis technique to identify the award winners. The SPS plan to launch a research programme following this year’s awards, which will examine the part strategy plays in the effective use of narrative in corporate reporting.

Shortlisted companies include Aviva, for Best Overall Strategic Value added by a FTSE100 Company, and J Sainsbury, for Best Sustainability.

The keynote speaker at this year’s awards will be Penny Shepherd MBE, CEO of UKSIF and promoter of sustainable investment in financial services. The awards will take place on 14 April at the Royal Over-Seas League in London.

Communicate Magazine is proud to once again be a Media Partner of the Strategic Value in Corporate Reporting Awards.
