PR software and services provider Cision has announced an upgrade to its CisionPoint PR software platform.

According to the firm, the new platform offer “an easier and more intuitive way” for PR and marketing professionals to plan communications strategy, build media lists, distribute news, engage with influencers, and track and evaluate campaign results.

The new enhancements include improved navigation and searching; additional news sources and social searches; real-time journalist requests from Twitter; new personalisation options that can tailor CisionPoint to provide more relevant insight; improved news distribution and analytics; and enhanced campaign integration.
