CORPORATE ENGAGEMENT AWARDS SHORTLIST ANNOUNCED

Shortlist for the Corporate Engagement Awards revealed

Entries are closed, rigorous judging has taken place, and the best work in corporate engagement has been carefully vetted. Now, the shortlist for the Corporate Engagement Awards, which celebrate excellence in corporate partnership, sponsorship and philanthropy, has been announced.

In the Year of Philanthropy, the Corporate Engagement Awards benchmark the best corporate partnerships, sponsorships and philanthropic activities throughout Europe, and the shortlist reflects the fantastic work currently being doing by corporate organisations across multiple sectors.

The Corporate Engagement Awards recognise and honour the achievements of companies and agencies who have successfully worked with external companies to raise visibility of their brand and their values, through categories such as Best ongoing corporate sponsorship programme, Best sports-centred corporate sponsorship activity, and Best community involvement in sponsorship activity.

Strong showings in the shortlist include RBS & The Prince’s Trust, nominated for four awards, and DMA & Equifax, also nominated for four prizes. The Grand Prix for Best corporate sponsorship or partnership will be announced on the night.

The entries were judged by a jury of sponsorship, CSR and partnership experts, and communications practitioners and academics according to a points system. The winners will be announced at a gala dinner at the fabulous The Light in London on 19 July, hosted by the BBC arts editor Will Gompertz.  All the winners on the night will have their work showcased at www.CorporateEngagementAwards.com with a dedicated, search-optimised page for each category.

The shortlist can be viewed here.
