Today, Whiteoaks is launching a range of digital PR services that will build Twitter and LinkedIn presence for clients. The new service will promote lead generation, improve brand awareness and increase digital engagement.

The Whiteoaks Digital Service complements Real Wire’s announcement of improvements to its social media monitoring site, Lissted. Lissted allows for a company to track and analyse its coverage on social media sites, particularly Twitter.

Whiteoaks’ offering will provide companies with the means to develop their own Twitter and LinkedIn pages and better engage stakeholders and customers through digital media. Marketing director of Bull UK & Ireland Andrew Carr consulted on the project with Whiteoaks and notes a huge increase in user engagement after Bull took control of its digital presence.

“Many businesses investing in digital or social communications activity are unclear about the results they can expect,” Whiteoaks MD, James Kelliher says. “At Whiteoaks we set objectives, measure the results and report the full return on investment of the consultancy and services delivered back to the client.”

The new service rolls out under the advisement of a new head of digital, Andy Black.
