CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS FOR THE IPAD AND ANDROID ERA

Communicate magazine has announced the programme for its 26 February conference, Tablet Tales. Anything and everything on the relationship between tablets and corporate communications will be covered in a half-day event.

The Tablet Tales conference will examine the ways in which to use tablets to communicate effectively, particularly with an eye toward stakeholder relations, content and internal communications.

Communication and social networks are linked through the gadgets that have changed the way people communicate and consume products. The tablet market has exploded in recent months and is expected to reach 282 million units within three years.

Communicate and CTRL Publishing will lead delegates through the morning’s tablet- focused agenda.

Marianne Young, regional manager at CTRL Publishing says, "It is our pleasure to be a part of such a breakthrough event! The influx of new technology, new processes, and new devices flood our industry... All it takes is understanding how it can all come together and provide you an environment where projects can flourish. After all, producing beautiful materials for effective communications will remain the eventual goal."

Klaasjan Tukker, solutions account manager EMEA at Adobe, Ben Thompson, digital communications manager from Johnson Matthey, and Patrick Fuller, CEO at the Content Marketing Association will share their insights on what tablet technology has to offer corporate communications professionals.
