In 2015, Communicate magazine worked with Emperor to better understand the challenges facing those working in employer brand management. This year, we have reexamined the sector and found that progress is being made.

Employer brand management is now a serious strategic objective for business leaders and it often has dedicated teams looking after it. But budget, resources and brand challenges still arise.

The full research will be published in June, but on 23 May, Communicate and Emperor are hosting an event to reveal the survey results, further discuss employer brand management and its implications on internal communications, brand management and recruitment.

Speaking on the morning panel – chaired by Communicate's publishing editor Andrew Thomas – will be Matthew Jeffery, global head of talent strategy and innovation for SAP UK, Andrew Soane, associate director of recruitment marketing at Accenture and Fiona Smart, head of investor relations at Man Group.
