SIX YEARS OF CITY SUCCESS
As the corporate landscape evolves with each passing year, new ventures bring new challenges for the growing body of corporate communicators. The Corporate & Financial Awards, now in its sixth year, recognises excellence in several diverse categories, from digital reporting to sustainability.
This year’s awards are now open for entries, and with the 2017 programme hoping to scale new heights with a collection of nuanced categories, its distinct positioning as the only benchmarking process within the category brings with it a growing responsibility for precision. Working to this, this year’s event aims to build on the success of previous awards.
Categories such as ‘Best printed report’ and ‘Best online report’ in both FTSE 100 and 250, as well as ‘Most effective crisis communications’ and ‘Best sustainability campaign,’ are one of many examples that indicate the breadth of corporate communications’ multiplicity. Recognising this, 2016’s event saw the highest entries and the strongest calibre of submissions to date.
Founder and publishing editor of Communicate magazine, Andrew Thomas, says, “Over the past six years we’ve seen companies’ communications come together; organisations not only deliver the same message to investors, analysts and business journalists, but also speak with the same voice to their employees, to their local communities and to the wider audiences with whom they engage.”
Early entrants will receive a discount of £100 if they enter by 6 April, with the final deadline being 4 May 2017. For more information and to submit your entry, click here.
