EMPLOYEE WELLBEING PLATFORM TO IMPROVE INTERNAL COMMS
The newly developed wellbeing platform enables smoother digital communications with employees and aims to improve productivity and wellbeing among the workforce.
Manchester based design agency, Absurd, has been appointed as digital partner to Prosper Ex, a start-up organisation based in Queensland, Australia to create the platform.
The partners will bring an industry-first employee platform to the market, which will promote wellbeing in workforces across Australia. The platform aims to boost positive communications and employee happiness by improving connections with management teams and bridging the gap between employees and employers.
Organisations will be able to reward its employees with perks, recognise efforts and gain valuable insights through the platform. It will initially be aimed at the construction and mining industries, where employee wellbeing has not previously been prioritised.
As businesses look towards a continuation of remote working post-lockdown, the platform will enable smoother digital communications. It has been designed for easy use, to encourage maximum uptake among the workforce.
Oli Taylor, co-founder of Absurd says “We’ve seen that construction and mining can be especially challenging for company-wide employee communications and management, with employees working remotely for long periods of time, away from family and support networks. Prosper EX aims to change this and to help organisations to bequeath more benefits to employees.”
