LENS: NATWEST

NatWest has created a short trailer promoting its Green Business Builders podcast using a combination of zoom footage and animation.

The podcast fits with NatWest’s brand identity as the leading lender to the UK renewables sector. Each episode has a specific focus, from how businesses can create a greener supply chain to how it can better reduce, reuse and rethink its waste.

Hosted by Paralympian and climate broadcaster Ade Adeptian, the podcast series will run in the lead up to the COP26 UN Climate Change Conference in Glasgow in October. Each episode features founders that have worked to achieve a greener business.

The first series will consist of four episodes providing insight to consumers in an easy to consume format. Sustainability specialists will be brought in across a variety of sectors to share educational tips on how businesses can lower their carbon emissions and speed up positive change.

The video has been designed specifically for sharing across social and digital channels, with eye-catching animation and short clips of guest speakers discussing interesting topics to entice the audience. In one clip, Jarvis Smith, co-founder of conscious lifestyle My Green Pod, says, “Our business model has always had priorities in this order: planet, people, purpose, profit.”

To support the podcast, NatWest has also launched a Green Banking Hub where users can access practical advice, videos and insights from specialists.
