Give us a brief overview of your agency. What sets you apart in the corporate video space?

Ark Media Group distinguishes itself through a combination of creative storytelling, strategic video marketing and a commitment to delivering measurable results for its clients. Since its inception in 2009, Ark Media Group has been dedicated to producing high-quality video content across various formats, including animation, TV adverts and social media videos. Its team comprises experts with hands-on experience in TV, film, corporate video and social media, ensuring a comprehensive approach to video production.
The agency employs in-depth analytics to track video performance, allowing for data-led adjustments that enhance return on investment. This approach ensures that the content not only engages audiences but also drives tangible business results.

Walk us through the creative process. How do you take a new project from an initial idea to delivery?

The process begins with a thorough understanding of the brief, ensuring clarity on the project's goals and expectations. From there, a tailored strategy is developed for each project, taking into account the desired tone, target platform and aspect ratio. Clear and consistent communication with the client is maintained throughout, starting from the planning phase through to execution.

The in-house camera team handles the shoot, guided by detailed shooting notes shared in advance to align everyone involved. Once filming is complete, the editing phase begins. During post-production, the team collaborates closely with the client to review edits and incorporate any amendments.

The process ends with a final sign-off and a feedback call, revisiting the original strategy to ensure the final product aligns with the project's objectives and delivers maximum impact.

Tell us about a recent project you are particularly proud of.
