Give us a brief overview of your agency. What sets you apart in the corporate video space?

Reels in Motion is not just a business. We are a passionate team of storytellers with a clear sense of purpose and a bold vision for the future. Over our 20-year history, we’ve not only kept pace but grown stronger, winning awards, growing our financial performance, and remaining true to our values. What makes us stand out is not just the quality of our work, but how we deliver it. With care, collaboration, and a commitment to leaving a positive legacy.

Tell us about a recent project you are particularly proud of.

Closing the Gap in collaboration with Project PAU. Project PAU is a free initiative dedicated to supporting young cyclists in developing their skills, both on and off the bike. Recognising the barriers talented riders face, particularly the high costs of equipment and coaching, Project PAU was born to level the playing field. Their mission? To provide young riders with access to essential resources, the opportunity to join a team, and the chance to compete in some of the toughest races in the world. Beyond making cycling more accessible, Project PAU also aims to give young people an outlet to explore their passions and build confidence.

To bring this message to the wider cycling community, PAU wanted to create a film that would inspire and inform budding young cyclists, showing them that the sport is within their reach. Our objective was to craft a film that delivered their brief that was engaging yet informative. Ensuring that we were able to balance an impressive and exhilarating focus on the race itself in a way that was fun and engaging, while weaving in the social responsibility message.
