INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS AND ENGAGEMENT AWARDS 2022 SHORTLIST ANNOUNCED

Recognising outstanding achievements for a fourth year, the Internal Communications and Engagement Awards shortlist has been decided by our panel of experts. The campaigns were selected on their ability to display excellence in internal communications, employee engagement and internal comms strategy.

Despite the difficulties of the pandemic and the changing nature of the work environment, employees still remain one of the most important audiences for corporate communications teams – perhaps now so more than ever. The benefits of engaging appropriately and effectively with internal stakeholders cannot be underestimated, not least to the impact on the bottom line.

The Internal Communications and Engagement Awards 2022 will, once again, celebrate those organisations that have mastered the art of internal comms. Following a thorough judging process in which there was lively debate, this year’s shortlist can now be announced.

The NHS Oxford University Hospitals, NHS Foundation Trust has received the highest number of nominations. It has been shortlisted in four categories, including ‘Best use of social media,’ ‘Best internal publication: Print,’ ‘Best internal publication: Digital,’ and ‘Best internal communications during the Covid-19 pandemic.’ Meanwhile, Volvo Cars and Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Colt and Anglo American will be looking to win big on the night, with all receiving three nominations.

The ceremony for the 2022 awards will take place on 6 July at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, London. To join the celebration, reserve a table here.
