NEW AND BIGGER CHAPTER FOR SAAB

Saab Automobile Parts adopts new name, graphic profile and strategy.

Saab Automobile Parts, effectively nationalised through the Swedish National Debt Office by the Swedish government last year following the bankruptcy of Saab Automobiles, has officially rebranded to Orio AB. The new image has evolved in a bid to better serve the initiative to broaden market appeal.

The new strategy essentially aims to offer more services, supply parts to more car brands, and have a larger customer base. All ten subsidiaries in Europe and the US will embrace the new change.

Lennart Ståhl, CEO of Orio AB, says ‘‘Getting a new name and brand is naturally very exciting. Ofcourse we will continue to deliver Saab Genuine parts... our aim is to offer more to more customers.’’

The services provided by Orio AB may not be directly reflected via its new name change, but it is short and straightforward to remember.
