The Internal Communications and Engagement Awards 2020 opens for entries today. The Awards, which celebrate outstanding achievements in internal communications, are sponsored by CIPR Inside for the second year running.

A panel of leading internal comms experts drawn from across the industry will judge projects and campaigns against stringent criteria. The awards are design to highlight and celebrate the impact internal communications has on business performance, the role of the internal communicator and the effectiveness of strategies creating and sustaining an engaged workforce.

Building on the enormous success of last year’s event, 2020 will see the introduction of two new categories for 2020: ‘Best Use of Data’ and ‘Best Evaluation'.

Categories recognise both strategic and content-based achievements in internal comms and engagement, including ’Best Ongoing Commitment to Internal Communications,’ ‘Best Intranet,’ ‘Best Internal Communications in a Crisis’ and ‘Best Innovation.’

The Internal Communications and Engagement Awards is sponsored by the CIPR Inside group for the second year in a row. CIPR Inside will take part in the awards’ judging process and will additionally recognise the winners of the ‘CIPR Inside Communicator of the Year,’ the ‘CIPR Inside Internal Communications Team of the Year’ and the ‘CIPR Inside Business Leader of the Year’ awards. The entry process for the Internal Communications and Engagement Awards is straightforward and only asks for a short description, a statement and supporting materials for the entries. To learn more about the entry process, click here.

All entries will be analysed by our judging panel. Shortlisted entries will be announced in March and winners will be revealed at a celebratory event in spring 2020.
