Registration and payments

Costs for the ROGM conference are as follows:

1 place = £750

2 places = £1300

3 places = £1800

4 places = £2200

5 places = £2500

Please note that the cost of the tickets allow you access to both days of the conference and they are not inclusive of VAT.

To pay for your places by debit or credit card you can call the events team on +44 20 7498 7008, please note we do not take Amex. Alternatively you can use PayPal by signing in with your log in details or signing in as a guest. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use the guest function.

AMEX users will need to pay via PayPal.

Payment must be received within 10 days of booking.

Entry is not guaranteed without payment. The conference fee includes entry to all events outlined in the conference programme. The fee does not include accommodation, non-conference related meals, travel or other attendee expenses.

Cancellation: If you cancel 60 full working days before the event date you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. No cancellations can be accepted after this date and full payment is due. Passes may be transferrable.

Non-Profit Rate: We have a reduced rate for non-profit organisations such as NGOs, government and academia. The non-profit rate is at the discretion of the organisers and evidence may be requested.

Content: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content and timing of the agenda or the identity of the speakers.

Work experience

Volunteers: We have two or three volunteers at each event who help with general conference duties. If you would like to attend for free as a volunteer please get in touch with event coordinator, Hannah Hodges.
