SHARING A VISION

Based in the heart of London, from 18 – 19 November the Grange Tower Bridge Hotel will play host to a HR event with a difference.

By bringing together delegates from some of the most well known corporate organisations across the UK and the world, the event aims to connect HR professionals with the right people in the minimum amount of time.

Through the innovative use of meeting tool and messaging software, one-to-one meetings can be scheduled with HR solution providers. Meetings are also tailored by HR Vision, based on customer information supplied when registering; the personal approach is intended for the visitor to get the best value for their time and money.

This boutique-style event, tailored through the stance of HR Vision that it is ‘elite, not elitist’, will provide a platform on which senior HR leaders can discuss business strategy. Case studies and best practice from industry sectors such as retail, engineering, apparel, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications will be showcased, while innovative strategies from leading multinationals will be shared to all clients.

Spread over two days, the conference will hear from keynotes speakers on both mornings. A range of topics are set to be covered: from defining brands, to workforce composition, to the impact technology is having on the HR sector. Refreshments will be laid on across the course of the conference, as will a ‘chill-out-zone’ for those moments when a short break might be needed.

Afternoons are dedicated to talent management and leadership and learning development, with workshops being held on the first day aimed towards tackling corporate challenges. Networking will be built around the events and meetings on offer, enabling introductions to potential sponsors as well as the forging of corporate connections. Closing keynotes are set to conclude the two-day conference, with speeches designed which will encourage attendees to think globally and focus on their personal development.

If the code COMM is used when booking, 20% off the conference cost is offered. There are also free passes available for qualified HR buyers. For more information visit the HR Vision website or download the agenda here.
